Cum on clothes

At some point while modding my game, I noticed that cum layers were being applied on top of clothes if they were worn during animations. I don't remember which mod caused that, but when I tried using different modders' textures the effect went away and the layers were always applied beneath clothes.

 

Is there any way for me to have cum be applied on top of clothes if they were being worn, or can anyone direct me to someone else's work that has set up their layers for this?

This is a great idea!  I love the prospect of my lady Sims coming home from work wearing the evidence of just how hard they've been working to please the customers.
