Help with armor conversion (with SOS physics)?

Hey y'all. I'm almost done creating my SSE modlist, I only need 1 more thing to make it perfect. I am using the Femboy Race Reborn mod for my character's race, and I am attempting to convert Furb's Forsworn Replacer to work with the custom race. I am using the SSE version created here. I have successfully used bodyslide and outfit studio to port the outfit over, and edited the esp for the replacer to make the model show up on the custom race. There's only 1 problem left: The loincloth in the mod is supposed to rest over your SOS schlong, and then it has physics or whatever to be lifted up by erections. Works fine on default race males, but on the custom race the loincloth gets stretched out, sucked between the legs, and clips with the schlong.

I'm not very knowledgeable on armor with interactions like this, I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction for what I should be looking at to try and fix it. I figured I'd ask here rather than in the mod thread, because I know as a mod creator it's tiring to deal with people coming in with issues from other mods. If anyone can help out or point me in the right direction, I'd be super appreciative!
