Playlist not working

I set up a playlist with a M+F+F+F set of animations. Everyone is present and ready to go. When I try to start the playlist it ask me who to partner with and only lets me choose one person. Then says the playlist does not have the correct people to start. 

 

 

 

Any help is appreciated.
