Looking for sliders/presets for thicker necks or huge hands

Whenever I make male sims with large bodies, they still end up with thin necks and tiny hands and forearms compared to the rest of their body, even with Luumia’s hand slider. Even my female sims look like their necks are too skinny when I put the slider to max. Is there any way I can increase the neck thickness or give my sims bigger “hulk hands”?
