Mods or settings as hetero male in SSE

I had look in previous post and comments this question a lot, and yeah, I have it too

I don't know how to change it, I know sexlab it's just the framework, soo now I'm asking, wich mods let's you be an hetero male?
I already have SexLab Defeat, ZaZ, FillHerUp, HentaiPregnancy, SexLab Romance (isn't working, lmao), SexLab Privacy, SexLab JailRape, SexLab Adventures, SexLab Solutions and Aroussed.
Or just, wich settings I have to make cause I can't find them... I already set SexLab Framework as Male Heterosexual and the mods says that use that config soo. what's happening?

It's for Special Edition, the Legendary Edition version takes too much in loading screens for some reason.

Oh and by the way, HentaiPregnancy is not working at all, I can't even activate it on MCM
