[HELP] How to change the scale of an Armor (or head skin)? / to fit character

Hello there Modders!

I recently found http://modtype.doorblog.jp/archives/13687048.html this mod.

And the face is EVERYTHING I've always wanted for my male character, however it doesn't fit with the classic base very well and looks wayyyy too small in game.

 

Is there an easy way to change this with the creation kit? Perhaps someone could asisst me?

I'm not a very good modder at all, and after months of seaching for the perfect face and finally finding it, I would really appreciate help!
