Is it a real problem to find lore or semi-lore friendly clothes for female sorcerer, mage or whatever? For me yes. I'm just so fucked surfing NM, LL, GM etc... Nevertheless, the website is still useful if you want to search some new outfits: ESkyrim. Here is another website that catalogues female outfits though you will have to wade through the skimpy ones: Mitakusaner.
