is that noir's penis mod you're using? my workaround is you disable the pubic hair settings in WW. click on the sim>wicked>pubic hair>set to disable. and you can just add perhaps a body hair mod or something to replace that. hope this helps.

Have this problem too  Disable the pubic hair has not help for me. I use the Luumia Body and  Body hair 5. Oh and an skin overlay. When i put these  Penis overlay thing what is under tatto on it sits OVER the body hair. when i took it off. without it the problem in the screen is there...with it...cant see any  body hair but the penis seems to be working...

as i have freshly installed all it worked fine...strange that all. npc sims seems to work fine...have random gets penisses to male sims and the 2 dancers in my club seems to have an noir...and there its fine...with pubic hair oO
