Attractiveness Updating and Default

How often does Attractiveness update?

Can the Default for sim attractiveness (the sim's attractiveness settings when starting a new neighborhood) be changed by adjusting a tuning file in WW?

It gets tedious setting the attractiveness for All Sims when starting a new neighborhoods.

I would also like to know if there's a way to change defaults. It seems that the mod always sets attractiveness for straight males and females. Neither of which I am, so I have to end up changing attractiveness quite often whenever new sims are spawned.
