I want appearance of my character from another pc.

Hello, I changed my computer and I had to download all my mods again (which I did) but I can't find the appearance of my character from my last computer, I have to customize it from 0

is there any way for me to get back to my old appearance and my body 

 

i use a race mod, and some hair, etc (i have downloaded it all again in my new computer)

If you saved it as a preset with racemenu you can find it through there, exact location depends on your skyrim install and mod manager, or if you had any saves with that character you can just copy the saves load them up and use that to export the preset onto your new pc.

sorry to ask this noob question but where (in files) i can change meshes body ? for copy it
