Help with load order issue

im kinda new to this modding stuff and still cant get the hang of how load order works, can someone help me with this load order please  which one should i pick after and before ?

Use Skyrim LE ( Oldrim ) or Skyrim SE?

its skyrim SE, i forgot about that

For correct load order use  The Load Order Optimisation Tool Install into Skyrim folder ( where there is TESV exe)

 

From the conflicts I see, I assume that you have forgotten / wronged something

 

Mod installed?

yeah, i just installed the touch by dibella and Demoniac, then this screen pop up, usually there is a recommended after or before but there is none so im dont know which one to choose
