Editing custom armor?

I'm unsure of where I should post this, so I apologize if this belongs somewhere else.

 

I love a lot of the custom armor mods I can find on TESNexus and the like, but at the same time I prefer to play A/AA cup characters. As such, most armor makes my characters chest grow by a noticeable amount.

 

I have no experience model editing of any kind, and I may be biting off more than I can chew with this, but how would I go about editing said armor to better fit my character?

Import into into Blender, use the scupt tool, set the setting to smooth, smooth the boobs, and export again. Or else use VORB.
