Issues with playlist progression

I've made a playlist of a few different animations, but when I try to play the playlist from the beginning, it will play only the first couple animations then interrupt the playlist and move to a climax animation that was never added to the playlist in the first place. The climax animation just happens to be part of the original sequence from the creator (like if there was no playlist).

 

My question is, is there something I'm doing wrong where a playlist isn't going through its full progression? It seems like it keeps ignoring that there is a playlist and will branch off into the climax sequence of the current animation (and since I use climax to end sex, this cuts the playlist short). I've made sure to have the "Playlist Behavior" setting to have "Ends Sex Behavior" so the last animation in the playlist ends it. In the "Progression Settings" area, I have tried using all 4 "Sex Progression Type" options and nothing seemed to fix it. Not sure what else to try at this point.
