Skyrim device issue

So decided to start a new game with my old mods all the devices cursed loot and all and now if a devious is one me I get shocked ever 5 second I double check al the mcm settings and can’t find a way to turn it off I know I’m missing something and getting shocked that much doesn’t get me much play time. Thank you
