[SOLVED]AAF CTD when open perk chart after initialization

I got CTD everytime when I opened perk chart after the AAF initialization.

The funny thing is as the AAF initialization not finished, I open the perk chart as fast as I can after loading a save, It won't crash the game.And then I reopened the perk chart so the crashes had begun.

I tyied disable AAF MOD one by one, trying to figure out which AAF mod causes CTD. But I find out there is only way to avoid crash that is disable all AAF mods. Seems they are conflicting with each other.

And here is my load order. All the AAF mods has been bolded. Is there any one has the same situation? Or any clue of it?

The funny thing is as the AAF initialization not finished, I open the perk chart as fast as I can after loading a save, It won't crash the game.And then I reopened the perk chart so the crashes had begun.

I tyied disable AAF MOD one by one, trying to figure out which AAF mod causes CTD. But I find out there is only way to avoid crash that is disable all AAF mods. Seems they are conflicting with each other.

And here is my load order. All the AAF mods has been bolded. Is there any one has the same situation? Or any clue of it?

Just on the off chance did you install AAF erection fix V1.2 if so uninstall it and check in game to see if that fixed the issue. If it dose then download this fix

I had this issue a few time's were the game would CDT and found it to be this. Reading @zerozaki  post reminded me of it. But I think it is repeatable with a basic setup and the one patch.

I was also thought of it would be a DEF UI issue before I figure out it only crashes after AAF initialization. It should have crashed whenever I open the perk chart if it's a DEF UI issue. But still thks for your replying.

This thread says "solved" but it still seems pretty vague. I myself find myself with this problem but I've found work arounds so to anyone else in the future who also get this in the google results or through searching somewhere else.
I found that the combination of Sim Settlements, Magno Cum and Inventory management mods like DEF_UI and Ivan's item manager all stack essentially making your game overload when doing or viewing certain ammount of displays on your screen.
I found that by disabling the icons in the pip boy (and for me only the pip boy icons, not necessarily disabling it from everywhere else like the menus when buying or managing a lot) plus, installing the alternative perk system mod which doesn't open the S.P.E.C.I.A.L. shart but instead a UI about it (idk, apparently the shark is heavier in resources, Don't know) Helped. But I still have to fear going to my settlements and opening inventories or buying in them because of the ammount of displays Sim Settlements 2 pulls in.
I just recently messed up my load order by updating the game and seeing until hours later that the quest had dissapeared, was due to the "SS2" Plugin in Vortex had not been enabled. Apparently plugins where self disabling themselves.
I just restarted it (luckily I wasn't very ahead in the quest. Had just started it) but I'll await to see if there's any more problems.
In the meantime I'll try to disable all interfaces as possible from that mod alone (given that when it was disabled without my knowledge, all CTD's related to this issue where gone. But I can't just uninstall Sim Settlements. Got no idea how to clean rogue scripts from a save file. if anyone knows, please let me know.

I just wanted to add to this and let people know a separate possible cause I found for this has to do with an incompatibility with Windows "Readyboost". Another step you can take if the above does not work for you (others reading this) is see if you have any drives set up with ready boost and remove them.

When i did that it actually stopped this exact crashing problem as well.

That's right, preload loads too much and then crashes.

This happened to me and its still a problem. I installed the mod and the patch but I still somewhat crash when entering in the perk tree. I crash about 50% of the time now, whereas before it was 100%.

 

 

.....If anyone has an idea how to overcome the rest of this 50% I would greatly appreciate your efforts.

I figured it out man. It has everything to do with your AAF install and how your mods are installed. Just follow the below link very carefully and youll figure it out. I had to delete a lot of things and sort it all. Took less than an hour and Im pretty slow at this stuff.
