Question about in game body creation (also nude male models?)

Hello folks,

(This is for Skyrim SSE)

 

I know its a horrible subject line, but I wasn't sure what else to put there.

 

Currently I am running BodySlide, CBBE, Alachii Sky Hair, and Improved Eyes.

 

When I go to make a character though, none of the body slides actually change anything in game. I am using Vortex, and I loaded BS first, and then the others after in the order listed above. I noticed that apparently with Bodyslide, I am supposed to create a preset outside of the game and then save it and insert it into the game...... That's a shade daunting to be honest.

 

So I was hoping you all could answer if there is a mod out there that allows for me to change body's parts individually, but "In game". So far my searching hasn't been that good.

 

One last question here, my wife and I are playing around with Skyrim, as a break from our pathfinder game. We have a blast, and write little stories for each other of our characters downtime (Mainly literotica type stuff). One thing we noticed was that Nude Female models are all over the place. But what about nude males? Fair is fair and I want her to get a laugh out of the game as much as I do. If you all could point us at one, I would appreciate it.
