Multiple NPCs spawn on character for DCL Rape scenes, usually cause crash

Strange issue, not sure what's caused it, but it seems almost every time I get a DCL rape event, at some point during or thereafter the game decides that a whole bunch of characters who I've previously met should be spawned in on me.  Some of them have been involved in scenes with me, some of them haven't.  For some reason they're all listed in DCL's menu as "Followers".  I have no idea how to clear this list, that's what I think I'd like to know first, if that's possible.  I've tried hitting them with "recycleactor" in the console but that gets rid of them for the time being, they will appear later.  I'd just disable them all but some of them are actually important people for quests later on in the game and I don't fancy breaking those quests.
