New SL build suggestions?

My last couple of builds have been fairly unstable (usually no more than an hour play before it  freeezes or CTD,), my last game suddenly deciding It wasn't going to launch past the menu before dying

 

So what I decided to do is ask you guys if you ahve any suggestions for a stable(ish) SL SE build?

 

Ideally I would like to include TDF, PAHE, and MME as well as Soulgem Oven 4

 

Other mods I also user a lot are the various Wenches packs. Beyond skyrim, Falskaar and wyrmstooth

 

As well as various armour packs and replacers

 

any Modlist suggestions wou;ld be much appreciated
