Adding Genitals to Model

Wasn't sure which section to put this in, hopefully this is the right one. Recently I have been using a mod that replaces Dogmeat's model with one closer to his FO3 appearance, and noticed that he no longer had any genitals, since there were none installed for that specific model. I haven't done much in the way of modding in ages, but I was wondering if it would be too difficult for me to make genitals for that model myself. I'd like to make them work they do on other canines, where they're sheathed normally and only exposed in animations and such. Is this something a beginner could do?
