Don't mess around making your own patches. Issue was The Ultimate Dodge Mod reviving the NPC when it made dodge and killmove triggered at the same time. TUDM makes NPCs invulnerable when making dodge ( can be configured in MCM). Just let The Ultimate Dodge Mod overwrite Violens and don't make patch like me.
