Pale face bug after using texblend

After i tried to fix a neck seam issue using texblend i downloaded another face texture. I activated it and tried it for a bit until i noticed that every human and elf have faces that are far more pale than their bodies are.

 

For reference i took theese screenshots with every mod besides alternate start disabled.

I've been troubleshooting this for an hour now and i still have no idea what to do.
