Playing as a kobold race

Hey, I'm kinda new here to actually posting on LL. I've been trying really hard to find a kobold race mod for Skyrim Special Edition. I'm fairly new to modding, so I don't know much about it. If anyone could help me out here that would be great. I've been playing as one in a way by using the Racemenu mod to scale my height to about the size of one, however, it has caused an issue to where interactions with world objects is off, and I am forced to go into first person mode, when I play in third person mostly. I did find a mod for Oldrim on here, but it says that it's not compatible with SSE. It would be the Shortstack Pack. Thank you for any help!
