SI issues

I continued to play the SI expansion,and after Sheogorath gave me the spell to Summon Hatskill a message appeared ''You may only use this spell in SI'',but I was inside the hall,in the very shivering isles!That doesn't make sense to me,I can use the console to continue the quest if required but I prefer to pass by all the quests to enjoy the game itself, I noticed that the doors to his hall and jewels are written in chinese (mostly sure it is),my game and my add-ons are original,however I fear SI wasn't after this =/

Is this solved by simple means as summoning him out of the hall or installing unnoficial SI patch?If you guys have any clues please help me.

The official patch should apply it regardless of whether the phenomenon that occurred is revised by you.

Modified contents of several thousand are included in an official patch.
