Modding advice needed

Not sure if this is the right place for this, but i'm sure someone will let me know if it's not.

 

Recently started playing, and picked up WW, because why not, right?

 

Anyway, Since BB doesn't seem to work with the current version of the game, i'm wondering what's the best male/female body replacement, that isn't a total pain in the ass to install? Eve looks good, but it's only female, and Dumbaby looks interesting, but i'm highly confused about what components to get, or even how to get them all to work. Is there another option out there like BB that both looks good, and is easy to get in place and use?

After almost a year with Sims 4 installed, these same questions are still on my mind. So far I keep BB installed on my game. I only deleted the female top replacement and use Sopors Allure replcament https://www.loverslab.com/files/file/7047-sims-4-sopors-allure-a-revised-breast-mesh-nipple-piercings-241118-pink-nipples/
EVE V6 TOP looks horrible for my personal taste, tits looks like damn tubes, BOTTOM looks nice, but if you don't have exclusive made clothes for that Body model, it makes female seems looks weird (they get more ass or bust when you undress them), Sopors Allure also come with a nice buch of nipple piercings.
Finally, my personal choice right now is Pixel beautiful body, the only bad thing about it is that it dosen't have a default replacement version, so you need to use the "Body Selector",
 For males eveyone's recommends Simdulgence replacement, and if it doesn't have it, you could get "body hair" from Luumia's bodyhairmalev5.
