No physics with HDT-SMP

I recently cleaned up and sorted my mods for a new playthrough, and while most everything seems to be working, HDT is now broken for some reason. I've tried a lot to fix it, including updating HDT, CBBE, Bodyslide, FNIS, XP32, etc to their latest versions, moving around files in my mod list to make sure nothing was being overwritten, rebuilding bodyslide and FNIS, and nothing is working. I choose the physics option for my body in bodyslide but when I get into the game itself, there aren't any physics of any kind. Everything is totally static. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong at this point; there seems to be no visible conflict or error of any sort, but it's mysteriously not working regardless. Any help would be appreciated. Modlist and load order will be attached below.

UPDATE:

I have tried disabling most of my mods and trying HDT and CBBE in isolation, keeping only stability mods and requirements for those mods enabled, and it still doesn't work. I'm beginning to think that my Skyrim itself is fucked somehow, which would be really annoying.

post the smp physics log, it should tell you what the issue is...

Your mod list doesn't say what version of smp you are using?

I'm using the latest version of the mod from Nexus, which is 2.11. Here's the last log I could find, but I don't think its showing any errors.

I'm currently in the process of reinstalling my setup, so I will tell you if that fixes the issue once I get there. Thank you for your help so far.
