Does Always Accept Sex Cheat apply to NPCs as well?

I haven't really found an answer to this specifically, but does the setting for WickedWhims >Cheats > " Always Accept Sex " apply only to currently played Sims ie "the player" or does it also make NPCs with autonomy always accept sex as well?

I'm attempting to avoid disaster and need to know if I should expect a baby explosion soon.

If you set both both of the lights on, then it's yes to all. It used to be a "all or nothing" switch.

If you're worried about having a "baby explosion" as you put it, look at the pregnancy chance options. If you have chance set to percentage, that is what is divided between active house characters and NPCs.
