[SEARCH] Human-like Khajhiit and Argonians

Ok this has taken me on an adventure.

 

I want my khajiits and argonians have human-ish faces, and be able to wear headgear. I had issues with the SSE version of Fluff's, and have changed to Oldrim. This is a problem considering Fluff's mods, nor the PATCHES for those mods are available.

 

Is there a way to do this on LE, or do I have to go back to SSE?
