Request, Audio conversion tutorial

I am converting all of skyrims battle music and stand alone music to Final Fantasy VII..Please point me in the right direction to a good tutorial.

Update I figured out.

 

1.Where the Skyrim sounds files are and how to extract them.

2.how to convert normal mp3's and WAV's into XWM.

 

Now all I need to know is how to either.

 

A. put those files back into the BSA I took them from, or

B. Override the files I took out with a new BSA

 

Any help?
