CTD (consistent) during mod quest (SSE)

This happens during one of the quests in Laura's Bondage Shop v3.01 SSE. No amount of reinstalling seems to help. It happens at a moment when NPCs equip devices to the PC. The papyrus log is pretty consistent (I've reproduced the CTD several times) in their contents. I've attached both the papyrus log and the mod order. Can someone help with understanding the log and what's going on? I've tried to google any answers on warnings and errors in the log, but I can't find anything useful, this is my last resort.

Update:
It seems the CDT happens when an NPC tries to equip the 'Tough iron prisoner chains' on me with the 'HDT-SMP (Skinned Mesh Physics)' installed. Any idea how to solve this?
