Outfits I can't access in CAS

So, I have this pregnant character and Wicked Whims has this feature where you can instantly change outfits on a sim. So, as I do this, I notice the pregnant sim, and ONLY the pregnant sim, has a few more outfits to choose from than the standard selection (casual, formal, party, swim, etc).  They don't show up in the CAS window, only when I use WW to do an instant outfit change.  So, here's my question: HOW can I go into CAS and access those extra outfits?  I assume that one is a work outfit, one a pregnancy outfit, maybe a naked one (which is anything but naked). But they pop up from time to time, and the kicker is, for this particular character, not only is she wearing these outfits, but she's also BALD! SO, I want to be able to go in and change the outfits and especially change the fact that she has no hair while wearing them. Is there a way to do this already? A mod I can download and gain access? Or can one of the fine creators here please create such a mod?  I would very much appreciate any help or assistance.
