Abrupt end sex/no animated climax

Hi, I'm pretty new to this mod so I'm still figuring it out, but I've noticed that every time my sims have sex, even though I have a functional climax animation (for different objects), the animation will start and literally 2 seconds later it just stops and both sims are standing again as if the climax happened. The female sim will have the cum moodlet, but I don't actually see the "happy ending"... I think my settings are all set so that the sims are capable of these animations so I don't know what I'm doing wrong. Please help!
