Subdued HDT physics on nude body but not outfits

Using

XPMSEE

UNP Blessed Body - HDT SMP

HDT-SMP

CBPC - CBP Physics with Collisions UNPB

TMB Vanilla Armors and Clothes Replacer   <-----HDT works fine on these outfits

 

defaultBBPs.xml is from Realistic SMP

 

Physics works fine when wearing outfits converted from TMB, but physics when nude is almost nonexistent (no movement when jumping for instance). What is the cause of this?
