CTD when I try to attack another settlement in SS Conqueror

I'm not that smart with load orders, I unfortunately have to rely on loot for the most part. Since I installed SS Conqueror, I try to attack a settlement, I either walk there or fast travel there, my game CTD. It has to be something I done or another mod. I currently use MO2.  I attached my load order and a pic of my computers specs. I was starting to love this mod. If I posted this on the wrong thread, I apologize.  I didn't realize I had as many mods as I do. Any help would be appreciated.  Thank You

I figured out why I was CTD while attacking other settlements and of course fast traveling.  Settlement Keywords Expanded was the cause of the CTD.  Got that fixed and now have another CTD problem I didn't have before.
