So i installed this skelenton (https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/mods/56657?tab=description) and it hasnt changed anything when using roberts + sexout bodies installed ones

There are mods that use custom skeletons, i.e. quithrow or diagonal movement (non-nvse), if you install one of these the skeleton will be overwrite. So as last thing install a skeleton which is compatible with sexout stuff and you should be fine, like Deedee's The Skeleton or this
