Interesting NPC: The Children Fair

Is anyone use "Interesting NPC"? I have a problem with the mission: "The Children Fair":

 

Stage: 5

Status: Running

Priority: 51

 

To enter the Riverwood Inn (Sleeping Giant) there is supposed to be a conversation between Ognar and Zora, but this conversation never occurs and the mission does not advance to the next stage.

 

What could be a problem? Is there anyone to had the same problem?
