Unexperienced_Gamebryo mod

Hey all,

hope you are doing well!

There are existing older naked mods for the game RIFT, which include basic naked skins and some armor cutouts. It is used with the uMod tool on the 32bit version of the game.


I am looking for:

-> Help to find and extract armor from the game folder.
-> Edit them with 1) texture 2) In a way so the game detects eventual cutouts

-> May even find a way to make it work on the 64bit version

I am almost completely inexperienced with modding, RIFT modding is pretty much dead unfortunately.
I already edited some of the DDS textures of existing mods but was unable to find and extract specific pieces myself and also to reshape armor bits.
I was about to try GameBryo Editor but getting acess to the game Files with those strange '.002  -File'-descriptions is impossible for my skill level at the moment.

I addet 2 screenshots on how the Assets look for me right now and how the names of the DDS files look like (yes, a nightmare)

Since RIFT runs on Gaebryo, which apparently is the same engine as Fallout and Skyrim (which are quite popular here), i hope someone could give me a step-by step guidline on which programms to use/ or maybe even wants to create some mods.
