Dragon age 2 stuff to skyrim

how can I port dragon age 2 stuff to skyrim correctly?

weapons? a bit hard since they are relatively small in size so you have to retexture them

clothes , armors? same like above need to retexture them to scale into larger size

but I am not sure exactly about II since it has textures in higher resolutions.

use the Blender, Nif plugin, and follow this tutorial
