FPS Consistent Unknown Stuttering!

Not sure if this is the place to post, but the issue is driving me nuts!

 

So I've looked everywhere online as well as went through my papyrus logs but I have absolutely no idea why this is happening:

While starting the Dawnguard quest line on any character, my Skyrim will randomly freeze for 1-2s every minute or so; I'm assuming this has something to do with script overload? If that's the case would anybody be able to help me pin down the issue? The scripts had no issue before so something must have happened during the quest chain or something. The game ran smoothly up until some point in the Dawnguard quest so I'm not sure if that even has anything to do with it... Thank you in advance!

7 MB of stack dump.

Sometimes this can be fixed depends on what can be found from the save file, probably wouldn't mess with the save file that you got that log from but just depends on what you can find out from it. Otherwise just go back to before any of this started if you have kept those save files.

What do you mean by what can be found on the save file? I guess its a good thing I backed up saves then lol. Any way to avoid things like this in the future?
