Help with videocamera.ini settings

I've just found out one can change the videocamera settings, like speed of movement, ease in ease out, etc. You must all know about this I guess.

I've looked online for some info on what the parameters do but could not find anything better than these, which are a good starting point:

Also: is it true that Buckley's camera overwrites the videocamera.ini file?

Yes, it is. Therefore I have removed Buckley's Camera and now I am looking for a way to break the zoom-in limit myself via the camera.ini file. Any tips in this sense?
