Weird NPC Markers Visible

My current game is show weird markers, like purple ones showing where birds might land,green boxes around bushes,orange/yellow diamonds over bodies, etc. If possible how do I fix this?? I do search around that the problem is cause by old looksmenu but my lookmanu is up to date.

I thought I log in and reply that I had the exact same issue, and could confirm the problem was definetely an old version of Looks Menu, for me.
