Twins or triplets with 2 different fathers

Is this possible?  I have created a slutty housewife who engages in groupsex regularly.  She and her sim husband have 13 kids so far, none are his.  It would be cool if she could get pregnant with twins or triplets with 2 or 3 different fathers.  She has fertility trait, but hasnt had any multiple births yet.  In real life, multiple eggs at ovulation could result in twins with different fathers, but dont know if the mechanics of the game will allow that..any help?

This is my kink. I have no idea but I really struggle to find things like this in ANY porn game. The only one I have ever so far is "Accidental Woman" and that isn't even close to finished.
