nifskope issue with a single mod

I used BSAunpacker on the mod http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/21271 as i wanted to change some biped slots,

 

When i try to load a nif file from the mod into nifskope i get the following error:

""failed to load file header (version 14000005, 20.0.0.5)""

"failed to load nif from 'C:/bouncingbooties/leatherdark/outfit_gnd.nif'" -  tried with multiple models

 

I am running nifskope 1.1.3 with 0.7.0.0 XML.

 

Nifs from other mods load just fine,

 

Any ideas?

I can open them fine, the only difference is i'm using BSAopt to unpack the bsa, you can grab it here http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/247
