Tools Animation Creator, Animations Stopped Working

Tried out the Animation Creator in SL Tools, didn't get it to work, and since then no animation will play. Everything worked perfectly before fiddling with the creator btw.
It takes longer for the animations to "start" and when it does they just stand around, or in one instance after resetting SL and reactivating animations etc, one stood still while the other spun around in circles...
Brings new meaning to "You spin me right round, baby, right round" 

Either way, is the creator supposed to work still? And what could possibly have happened and fix it?

I'm going to try a new profile in MO and start a new save... But still.
Also, if the creator doesn't work anymore, would it be too complicated to do this myself? Cut and paste stages of various animations together?
