Sims refuse to have sex?

Sorry, I have put this into 2 wrong categories, bit sleepy. 3rd time lucky.  For some reason after moving a couple to Sulani beach home, they keep on refusing to have sex with each other from Wicked Whims.  The Sims 4 default WooHoo works OK.  Both Sims have formed a loving relationship., so that time is OK.  Its only in the Sulani location, the other locations Wicked Whims sex are working ok.  However they are able to have self sex (masturbation), but not together?  Could there be something in the settings?  I have tried a reset, no difference? Help Please.
