Functional chastity belt for Wickedwhims

I would like to see a functional chastity belt for the Wickedwhims mod. I'm thinking of a female belt that would prevent any animations of penetration or touching the crotch. Other stimulation would still be available and would elevate the belted sims desire for sex causing her to seek sex more frequently until she is allowed to climax.
