[Question] is there an anime shader?

I'm thinking about reinstalling Fallout 4 times and building my mod list around the AnimeRace Nanakochan mod.

I think the mod is really great and only one thing bothers me. The normal world of Fallout 4.

Anime characters into a "real" looking world, somehow doesn't look that nice.

 

So now my question:

Is there a shader or something like that that makes the world, clothes and items look more like anime?
