Very weird bug

So, after a few dozen hours of stable and mostly bug-free playing, I'm now experiencing a persistent bug that I seem to be uniquely (a bunch of Google searches haven't found anything similar to it) afflicted with. It involves some sort of weird invisible collision box being right above my character's head. Its effects can be seen when jumping. The character barely takes off before colliding into something. Moving removes the issue, but only for a second or two, after which it reappears. Clicking above the PC's head in the console shows no id. Worst of all, it prevents me from firing my bow. Even when aiming straight, my arrows immediately collide into the collision box, rendering my archer character useless.

 

I haven't uninstalled any script mods at all throughout my playthrough, but still I tried cleaning orphaned scripts using a save editor, and there were none. Does anyone have any idea what mod could possibly cause it?
