which file should i install to EL

i play LE skyrim i want install this mod

 

 

but i'm lost what file should i install among over 30 file there

 

which file should i install -is last version support EL version-????

and what this SlaveTats-slut-2018-06-06 for ???

For understanding: all the files named slavetats-1.x.x are the mod versions; all the other files are tattoo Packs you can choose from

 

so for the mod to work you will need the mod itself "slavetats-1.3.0 beta" (should be for LE) and atleast one tattoo pack.
