Buy a bar / nightclub mod (offsite mod)

I've came across a few posts here and there saying you can't buy a bar or nightclub.

As it turns out "LittleMsSam" has actually made such a mod.

If you use red apple net.. you might want to make sure you don't override the venue lists... apple includes a venue list that supports this mod.. but you need to not install lilmisssam's venue list. aka lilmisssam has been around a long time and red apple made sure to be somewhat compatable with it.. just need to use red apple's list.
