Any no-WW-required genital skin details?

Hello! I'm back from almost 6 months logging out and I want to modify my Sims to have genital overlays, especially the pubes and vulva.

 

I do have WW, though- but it's really buggy on me sometimes, it even made my counters not work as cooking surfaces unless you don't place them against walls. I've considered uninstalling it until I also get my game patched. I do know about wild_guy's skin details, but as far as I know, it requires WW. Do you have any alternative genital skin detail recommendations that doesn't require WW? Thanks.
